Apartments
The Balestra family have been renting apartments for more than 30 years.
We have five apartments of all sizes, in two separate houses,
Casa Balestra and Casa Momi.
Apartments bookable for the summer from February!
We provide a small mountain library with extensive and detailed information about walking, hiking, climbing and trail maps so you can fully enjoy the unspoilt nature of the Dolomites based on your requirements and capabilities
Casa Balestra
Casa Balestra is located in Pecol di Zoldo
and has a wonderful view of Mount Pelmo and Mount Civetta; within 300 meters walking distance in the centre of Pecol you will find essential services such as grocers, a butcher, bars, a newsagent, an ice cream shop, pizzerias and restaurants.
Exclusively for our guests
In winter, use of our ski and boot storage room is included in the rental price (with boots and helmet drying and sterilization), as well as parking and a 15% discount on our ski rental service.
Apartment A
Apartment A is located on the left side of the house and consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed (double). The apartment has a washing machine, a tv and a terrace.
Apartment C
Apartment C is located on the right side of the house, and unlike the other two apartments it has both a washing machine and a dishwasher, and of course a tv. Again it includes two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, a sofa bed (double) in the kitchen. A terrace that overlooks Monte Pelmo.
Apartment M
Apartment M is on the right side and rear of the house and also includes two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, a kitchen with a sofa bed (double). It has a washing machine, a tv and a terrace. It is the only apartment from which you enjoy the view of both the Monte Civetta and Monte Pelmo sitting in the kitchen!
Casa Momi
Casa Momi is located in Rutorbol,
4.5 km from the resort ski lifts. Immersed in nature, surrounded by greenery, it is a great place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with magnificent views over the most beautiful mountains in the world: the Dolomites, a World Heritage Site.
The house has three environmentally friendly apartments. Energy is produced by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof!
Exclusively for our guests
In winter, private parking in the campground adjacent to the ski-lifts is included in the rental price as well as the use of the modern ski storage room (adjacent to the starting point of the gondola) where at night boots and helmets are dried and sterilized.
You will also be entitled to a 15% discount on ski rental at the shop also belonging to the family Balestra.

Ground Floor Apartment
On the ground floor you will find the typical mountain village apartment, very cosy, consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The apartment includes a TV, washing machine and dishwasher. There is a tiled outdoor space with a bench and deck chairs for relaxing and sunbathing at the front.
3rd Floor Apartment
The apartment has a TV, a dishwasher and the washing machine is shared with the attic apartment. the apartment is on the third floor but there is no need for the stairs, because there is a road that reaches the entrance besides the property. It also has a large terrace where you can sunbathe and where children can play safely.
